Dear colleagues,

with great pleasure, we would like to invite you to the hybrid WP7 meeting face-to-face in Bonn, with the option to also attend virtually.

The meeting will take place on Monday, 4 November 2024 and Tuesday, 5 November 2024 and will be organised as follows:

• Monday, 4 November 2024 from 13:00 – 17:00
• Tuesday, 5 November 2024 from 09:00 – 16:00

Detailed agendas for both days will be sent to you at a later stage, but the overall aim of the meeting is to progress together on the development of the framework for a concept platform to monitor and manage medicines shortages, to exchange feedback on the work already performed and to discuss the next steps. The goal hereby is to solidify the WP7 group's common understanding of how a harmonised and standardised approach to monitor and manage medicines shortages in the EU can be realised.
