WGCP Face-to-Face-Meeting 2025
The meeting will take place from 21 - 23 May 2025.
The Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) is delighted to invite all members of the Working Group of Communication Professionals (WGCP) to Bonn, Germany, for our annual in-person meeting. We are looking forward to welcoming you for three days of insightful discussions, inspiring exchanges, and networking opportunities. This gathering will be a chance to collaborate, share best practices in communication across the network, and tackle key cross-border topics in an engaging and productive setting.
Our meeting will kick off on the evening of Wednesday, 21 May, at 18:00 with an informal get-together at BfArM. This relaxed and welcoming start will give you the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet new faces, and enjoy a friendly exchange over a welcome drink and delicious snacks.
On the morning of Thursday, 22 May, we will dive into a full day of working sessions and dynamic discussions at BfArM. Throughout the day, we will work together in various group constellations, exchanging ideas and insights on key communication topics. Lunch will be served on-site, right here at the BfArM.
In the evening, after a productive day, we will unwind with a special social dinner while cruising along the Rhine River - an opportunity to enjoy good company, great conversations, and stunning views.
On Friday, 23 May, we will reconvene at BfArM in the morning for the final sessions before concluding our meeting around lunchtime. To accommodate different travel schedules, lunch will be provided in convenient takeaway bags, allowing you to enjoy a meal on the go as you make your way home in the afternoon.

Social Event
To foster networking and round off your visit to Bonn, we will have a social dinner while a tour on the river Rhine on the evening of 22 May 2025. Further details will follow.
