The BfArM is not permitted to give individual medical advice or make recommendations with regard to diagnosis or treatment. Too many factors have a bearing on such issues and they can therefore only be addressed appropriately in the personal contact between physician and patient. Similarly, the BfArM may not provide legal information or general legal advice in law cases.
