Medtronic recalls Medtronic Adjustable Valve (Model 6248VAL), Medtronic Attain Access Left Heart Delivery System Kit (Model 6216A) und Medtronic Attain LDS Left Heart Delivery System Kit (Model 6218A). Medtronic has identified an issue with packaging for specific lots of the Medtronic Adjustable Valve and valves contained in the Attained Left Heart Delivery System kits. A small number of valve package seals could be compromised.
