St. Jude Medical has issued an urgent field safety notice on implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD), model Convert+ V-195. There is a risk of high voltage therapy not being available after antitachycardia pacing (ATP) in the ventricular tachycardia zone (VT), as a result of a programmer software error.
