The manufacturer Bode Chemie GmbH & Co recalls lot number 264516 of the cleaning solution Bodedex forte (article 9737620). The device labelling has been mixed up with a label of disinfectant solution “Korsolex plus”. In case a user intends to disinfect a device with “Korsolex plus”, he might use Bodoex forte instead, and the device may not be desinfected, resulting in a potential risk for the patient beeing treated with this device.
