The company Drive Medical GmbH & Co. KG has issued an information to its customers concerning a replacement of the base plate of the bath tube lifter “Bellavita”. The replacement applies to all lifter “Bellavita” with the serial nummers 100000 to 107608. There is the risk that a wrong assembly might compromise function and stability of the lifter.
