The company Liko AB has issued an information to its customers about a retrofit of the LikoScales. The retrofit applies to all LikoScales 200, 350 and 400. There is the risk that the adapter of the LikoScale can get locked in a certain position while the patient is lifted with the equipment. In this position the adapter could may be damaged or break, possibly resulting in a patient fall.
