The company SDS Ormco Corp. is informing its customers about packaging error of Spirit MB Brackets, article number 495-1410, lot number 010573162. One lot of the product indentified by part number 495-1410 contained brackets for the same localisation but has a smaller slot size (part number 494-1410). If the affected product would be applied, the progressive archwire would eventually not fit into the slot and therefore, the bracket would have to be debonded and replaced.
