Dental Equipment LLC (dba Marus) has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the Marus LuxStar dental lights. The models ML1000, WL1000 and CL1000 are retrofitted so that the lens shield (birdcage) can not fall down anymore if not properly installed after replacing the light bulb or if not properly maintained.
