Recall of the NexGen® Complete Knee Solution Articular Surface Insertion Instrument from Zimmer Inc. (lots see annex). The instruments do not meet the material specifications and may be more prone to fracture during use. There is the potential risk that the instruments fracture and a metal fragment remains in the patient.
