Terumo Cardiovascular Systems Corporation recalls two lot numbers of the Sarns Flexible Arterial Cannula 7,5 mm (22 Fr) (Cat. Nr. 13020, see annex). The action was prompted, when a customer report stated the separation of the arterial cannulas tubing from the distal end connector. Customers should assure, that the among mentioned products are not used.
