The company Gambro Industries informed about a recall of Gambro Prisma sets for the CRRT system Prisma and an advisory note how users can continue to use the sets. There is a risk of access pressure pod leakage when unloading the Prisma® set from the system after disconnecting the patient. Thus the operator can come into contact with patient blood when unloading the set from the system.
