The company Pegasus GmbH issued an information concerning a replacement of PEGA® CHARGER power supply devices. A possible screw up of the interlock of the low voltage plug can lead to a connection to the infusion pump with an interchanged direct voltage. As a consequence a partial heating of the outboard part of the infusion pump is possible.
