The company Edwards Lifesciences issued an information to users of the Aquarius hemofiltration machine concerning the correct insertion of the pressure dome on the prefilter pressure sensor. Otherwise a rupture of the prefilter pressure dome is possible. The manufacturer will be providing a hardware upgrade of a clamp that will secure the prefilter pressure dome in the machine.
