The manufacturer Tyco Healthcare Deutschland GmbH informs the customers per customer letter about the correct filling of the balloons of the suprapubic bladder catheter. Due to an overfilling as it was allowed according to the old IFU the balloon may burst and the catheter may slip out. Meanwhile the IFU was improved.
