EV3 Inc. recalls one lot of the Amplatz Goose Neck® Snare Kit Model GN3000 from the market. The snare catheter contained in the kit may be 4 Fr. instead of the intended 6 Fr.. In this case the snare cannot be loaded into the snare catheter as described.
