The pharmaceutical manufacturer CSL Behring recalls the transfer sets manufactured by Whatman. The medical devices are intended for the transfer of pharmaceutics to an injection syringe and are shipped with Berinin P, Beriplex P/N, Beriate P, Haemate P or Humate-P. In some cases defective sterile packagings have been identified.
