Customer information from Mölnylycke Health Care concerning the Procedure Paks with BD Plastipak Luer Slip Syringes (article numbers and lots see annex), because the syringes may prematurely disconnect from the luer fittings. The recommended safety measures (e.g. firm attachments of all luer connections to these syringes, manually securing connections etc.) are the same as the recommendations from Becton Dickinson regarding these syringes. The risk is that the syringes can disconnect from luer connections.
