The company Gambro Lundia issued an Advisory Notice concerning home use of Gambro Dialysis Equipment AK 95 and AK 95 S. A malfunction of the ultrafiltration cell may lead to a rapid increase of the ultrafiltration rate. The manufacturer is initiating a field correction to software P12.20.
