The company Cardinal Health has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a display anomaly affecting Alaris® PK Syringe Pumps with software versions v3.2.15 and earlier. Under certain conditions an erroneous induction dose is displayed on the INDUCTION CONFIRM screen in TCI mode. A software upgrade v3.2.16 will be available.
