The company Edwards Lifesciences LLC issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a possible broken flexible clutch on the citrate motor shaft of the Aquarius citrate machine (Model RCA GEF09500). In case the scale alarm "clamp on citrate / calcium line"
is observed, and the clamps on the respective lines are open, the treatment has to be stopped.
