Smiths Medical informs of a design change incorporated into the DI-Series Administration Sets indicated for use with the Level 1® Fast Flow Fluid Warmers H-1200 respectively H-1000 equipped with an air detector. All DI-Series Administration Sets are distributed with a modified gas vent / filter, F-50, to minimize the risk of air embolism should there be a interruption of the fluid warmer power supply.
