The company Nikkiso Co., Ltd. notified in an Urgent Field Safety Notice of the risk that EF-02D dialysate purification filters may leak. Within the next 6 month a modified filter housing design will be introduced. In the interim 2 advices to desinfection and dialysate flow have to be followed.
