The company Gambro notified customers of the dialysis systems AK 200 ULTRA S and AK 200 ULTRA of following the start up procedures for on-line priming described in the Operator’s Manual. A patient risk may result when receiving priming solution. Furthermore, a new software will be implemented in all machines over the next month.
