Smiths Medical has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning Level 1 Fast Flow Fluid Warmer H-1000 and H-1200, as well as Normoflo Irrigation Fluid Warmer H-1100.
A number of devices were manufactured with an incorrect printed circuit board component which could prevent the fluid warmer from functioning as intended.
