For correction of the primary software error (BfArM case number 2502/04 from 16.12.2004) the manufacturer provided an upgraded software version 4.2b which is also erroneous and can cause pipetting of false volumes under certain conditions. International distributors have been informed about the problem and how to prevent ist.
