Roche settles a recall of Omni S S1 Rinse solution lot number 21441703. The manufacturer observed that reagent kits of the affected batch may contain wrong bottles. Some kits do not contain S1 bottles but bottles labelled with C1. Use of the affected kits may result in erroneous analyses especially of sodium, potassium and hematocrit. Customers were advised to control the kits and to discard the affected kits.
