Beckman Coulter settles a field corrective action of the CXP software versions 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0 for Cytomics FC 500 hematology instruments. Under specific conditions a software anomaly may occur where an incorrect sample ID can be displayed and printed on the Runtime Panel Report Header when using the affected software versions. The manufacturer informed customers about the conditions under which the anomaly may occur and how to prevent it.
