Corrective action and recall of Roche for Accu-Chek Aviva blood glucose analyzers (lot number up to 52710.999.999 (for version with display mmol/l) and up to 52810.999.999 (for version with display mg/dl)) because of an electronic malfunction which might cause erroneous data. Customers were informed about the problem and how to avoid it. New glucometers will be provided with an updated software version.
