Corrective action and recall of Schering for Ria-gnost OCFH07-FT3 (Lot-No. 162), OCFDO3-FT4 (Lot-No. 162), OCPE07-T3 (Lot-No. 126), OCPG07-T4 (Lot-No. 126), OCPG57-T4 (Lot-No. 126) and OCPE57-T3 (Lot-No. 126) because of the risk for a leakage of the radioactive tracer (125J).
