Corrective action of SIRE Analytical Systems because there have been some cases of patients affected by multiple myeloma in which the Alifax TEST 1 Laboratory ESR Analyzer has reported negative ESR values in comparison to other methods. The manufacturer has revised the limitations section of the Operative Manuel of the instrument. The customers were informed about the problem and how to avoid it.
