Corrective action of Dade Behring (A Siemens Company) for SURE (Sample Uniformity Recognition) on BEP III System with software versions BES 3.3 and BES X 5.0 because under certain circumstances it may happen that for samples with an overflow of the SURE value an erroneous result may be reported. The customers were informed about the problem and how to avoid it.
