Corrective action of Roche Diagnostics GmbH for Cobas Integra systems because of a reagent carry-over from immunoassay of Albumin (R2-Reagent of Tina-quant [a] Albumin, Gen.2 (ALBT2)) to Digitoxin test resulting in falsely low digitoxin measurements. The customers were informed about the problem and how to avoid it (extra wash cycle).
