Corrective action of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. for ADVIA Centaur CP AFP and Myoglobin Assay as well as the use of the assay as an aid in the management of non-seminomatous testicular cancer because of sample dispense errors which can lead to incorrect results.
