The company Boston Scientific has initiated a corrective action of defined lots of the Signal Acquisition Module ( SAM) of the RPMTM System. The SAM does not meet the safety test due to the possible omission of fuses. If a fault condition occurs in a SAM that is missing its fuses, the RPMTM System will not function.
