Medtronic ERS is replacing older version QUIK-COMBO pacing/defibrillation/ECG (therapy) cables and/or Standard (hard) paddles used with the Lifepak 12 defibrillator/monitor series.The connector pins could break during patient use. Medtronic recommends to leave the Lifepak 12 in use until these accessories are replaced as well as performing regular routine testing.
