Respironics Critical Care has issued information concerning a recall of the Respiratory Monitors Nico Model 7300 with the serial numbers beginning with 138. There is a risk that the audio alert speaker component fails resulting in no audible alarm during an alert condition. The affected monitors are re-equipped with a Speaker Upgrade Kit and a Software Update 5.3, 21-08-06.
