GE Healthcare Technologies has issued an information concerning two defects in Datex-Ohmeda S/5 iCentral software version L-NET05 4.2 for alarms displayed from Unity Network monitors (e.g. Eagle, Dash, Solar monitors). Until the upgrading on L-NET05 version 4.3 the affected iCentral should not be interfaced with Unity monitors.
