GE Healthcare has issued an information concerning a revision of an addendum to operator`s manual for the Teleguard System. Due to an incident report caused by wrong allocation of patient monitoring data and patient identification GE Healthcare recommends to replace wear parts (hard disk, CPU fan etc.) regularly according maintenance schedule.
