The company St. Jude Medical has issued a Field Safety Notice for customers of the Epicor LP Cardiac Ablation System. They are requested to suspend the use of the Epicor LP Connecting Cable immediately due to difficulties when connecting the cable to the Epicor Ablation Control System and/or the occurrence of error code messages.
