WelchAllyn Ltd. has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the AED 10 and MRL Jumpstart defibrillators. Depending upon the date of manufacture, the units may have one or more of the following problems: Low energy shock, electromagnetic noise interference, unexpected shutdown during use, blown fuse, loss of voice prompts, shutdown in cold temperatures. The concerned defibrillators are exchanged.
