GE Healthcare has issued the Field Safety Notice that a potential error in indexed hemodynamic, oxygenation, ventilation, and drug calculation on the Datex-Ohmeda S5 patient monitor may occur when the N-DISVENT-02 interface is used to connect the monitor to Datex-Ohmeda anaesthesia machines or ventilators.
