Medtronic PhysioControl has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning monitor/defibrillators Lifepak 15. Devices manufactured from March 26, 2009 thru December 15, 2009 may exhibit power on or power off issues due to an internal electrical failure. The affected defibrillators will be retrofitted.
