Spacelabs Medical has issued a Field Safety Notice about a potential hazard assiciated with the use of wireless monitors models 91367, 91369 and 91370 with Serialnumbers 1369-013615 up to 1369-013626 and 1369-014959. When the wireless monitor is looking for a new access point and can’t find one, the monitor may reset repeatedly. These resets can result in a loss of patient monitoring.
