Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the BeneHeart D6 defibrillator/monitor. An error in the system software versions V01.10.00, V01.10.01 and V01.10.03 may result in device shutting down at startup logo screen. The device recovers only by complete disconnection and re-connection of the power supply and/or removing and reinstalling of all batteries. A software upgrade solves this problem.
