Leonard Lang Medizintechnik GmbH has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a recall of lot 01124-0776 of Skintact DF43N defibrillation electrodes, model 50086. During production the electrodes were assembled with wrong connector. Thereby, the affected electrodes are no more compatible with the Nihon Kohden defibrillator models TEC-55321, TEC-5531, TEC-7621, TEC-7721 and TEC-7731 and also not compatible with the pad adaptor JC-755V.
