GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice of potential safety issues associated with the CARESCAPE™ Monitor B850 and the alarm management software license (L-NETM-00).
When changing the HR, SpO2 or Invasive pressure alarm limits from iCentral in network, and if the alarm priority was set to escalating on the CARESCAPE™ Monitor B850 changes to the startup level of the escalation (e.g., low for HR Alarms). Alarms for other parameters are not affected.
