Stryker has issued a field safety notice concerning some installation records for the SwitchPoint Infinity, Booms, Lights, and Flat Panel systems are incomplete or inadequate.Hazards associated with non-conforming installations could include issues such as (but not limited to): loss of video signal, fail safes not functioning, overheating of light handles, improper installation that may lead to components falling (i.e. spring arms, surgical lights, flat panels, end caps or ceiling covers).
