Schiller AG has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the defibrillation electrodes, article numbers 0-21-0000, 0-21-0003, 0-21-0020, 0-21-0021, 0-21-0013, 0-21-0024, 2.155056 and 2.155057, produced before the beginning of 2011. There is a risk that the electrodes dry up before their expiration date has passed and that they are not detected by the device because the impedance is too high. The affected products will be replaced.
